- I am a believer in the Hawks at this point....never fully been sold on the Canucks....so let's see if the Hawks come out flying today.....
not only did this guy crash to earth in hockey he is 0-2 in this series a good barometer for tonight.
i find it weird to see in my local paper that dustin buflugien is pictured (his uglyface) featured on the front page. at first when i read the article i thought it was a nice rags to riches kinda story. on 2nd thought i wondered if any van player would get a hold of this copy even though they are in chicago. i would say yes. nucks are one of the most penalized teams in the league and are being way to sissy to these guys especially dustin who should have had luongo's paddle chop onto his calves by now. no one is taking matters into their own hands as clearly it appears the refs are not doing their job at protecting the goaltender, case in point last night when the caps goalie was xchecked in head just b4 crosby's goal
what i will predict is a lot of fights tonight and some dirty play on both sides.
if that happens that is the style of game necessary in order for the nucks to win so

after one ot game and another that should have been in front of the raucous joe louis arena, i believe the wings are in trouble. ducks have their stanley cup swagger back and should benefit from line matchups tonight
say a 3-1 ducks win.
