I'm sure this has been asked before but Im hoping someone has good knowledge on this. I'll be in Vegas next month...if I put money in an account with the cantor gaming and had a VPN service setup would I be able to load it with funds...go back home bet and when I was ready to withdrsw go back to vegas to withdraw? Seems reasonable let me know where my plan wouldnt work.

I have the William Hill app and it uses your location through cell phone. If you can get your cell phone to say you're in Nevada it will work, but not sure how you can do that, I'm no computer expert on that stuff.

I appreciate the response...you'd think someone on here would have first hand knowledge of what is needed to be done if anythinf is possible...from what I've read it's possible to have your VPN show you are in Nevada but before I leave X amoint sitting in an account in vegas to fly home Id like to know for sure

If you found a way to bet from outside Nevada, and won a lot of money.. I could see them not paying if they found out, which I'm sure they would.

Balls-on accurate. The reverse is true as well. If they suspected you.... but you were losing your ass..... might not be a problem. But if you won.... you could have serious trouble.

You all must know it's illegal .... right ? However I suspect that If you left your Smart phone or Tablet with a trusted friend who made your wagers from within the boundaries of Nevada on your behalf ......... Well just saying ...... Who would know ? However being a resident of Nevada myself, they do have you come into the Sportsbook every now and then to take a photo of your driver's license. If I was doing this sort of thing, I would certainly not be mailing deposits into my account from out of State or doing anything to raise any eyebrows.

You have to have your Location Service on, they track your phone to make sure it is still in Nevada just to log in.

A few of the guys I wager for here, just leave me their acct # and pin. Its safe if you know someone that can bet for you. They don't have any access to your money at all. They can only place wagers. Cant deposit, cant withdraw, cant transfer, nothing.

You have to show ID when you open the account, and to take out even 1 penny, you have to show ID. They are pretty strict.

All deposits and withdraws must be made in person.

Several of the sites like William Hill and Southpoint you can access their sites even when you're out of State. However you cannot wager unless you're within the boundaries of Nevada !

I just got done saying that from time to time you have to bring in your drivers license and they will re activate it. It has nothing to do with whether you live out of State or in state. I have to do it myself every year or so and I live within miles of their Books ! I have a number of friends in Oregon that log into their accounts every day.
