2. Last Three outings Baker 3.50, Dice K 6.55
3. Last Three Bullpen: Minny 1.29, Bosox 9.19
4. No Big Poppy
5. Manny in a Funk
6. Minny last 3 vs Right Handers .351 Bosox vs RH .267
7. Late night for Bosox after their Bullpen took a Poop with
Papelbon giving up the winning hit to a Yankee Farmhand.

What really makes it irresistable is getting a Hot Team for + 155

Can't pass it up....

Considering the Minnesota Twins average 5.2 runs and bat .281 against right-handed starters, it isn't surprising that they are 39-25 (+18.3 units) versus righties this season. Although Dice K's ERA is an impressive 3.12 this season, it jumps to 4.10 at home and has skyrocketed to 6.55 over his last three starts. Meanwhile, Twins’ starter Scott Baker is 3-0 with a 3.50 ERA over his last three outings. Considering the numbers above, in addition to the fact that Boston has won just two of their last nine while Minnesota is 16-2 in their last 18 games, it is shocking that only 34% of the early bettors see value in Minnesota (+154).

Dice K got rocked his first start off the DL by the Cardinals, but has pitched well his last 2 starts.

Red Sox are 6-1 at home with Dice K starting and 5-2 with the RL.

dice k's ERA being 6.55 over last 3 starts is EXTREMELY decieving he's given up 1 RUN over his last 2 starts he had that one bad start coming off the DL but other than that he's given up over 3 ER's just once all season... seems like people WANT you to think he's struggling when really it's just the opposite.

Lot of Good Points here...

Dice K Era extremely deceiving...his home record is pretty phenomenal.

The biggest vulnerability is the Bullpen for the Sox. I took the Yanks hoping they would blow it exactly as they did. Felt pretty luck with that but it came to pass.

Baker isn't anything spectacular especially on the road. I'm just hoping Dice K starts walking people and Minny can stay in a tie until the Pens take over.

If Boston Jumps on Baker early...the party is over for Minny backers!!

I can't resist the lure of hot team getting good odds like that....

Got to take a risk once in a while as long as the payoff is good. I usually suck at baseball...but had a good summer so far riding hot teams. Cubs, White Sox and Tampa Bay (Lucked out and missed them today!)

I'm with you on this one Jack - don't forget that Baker has never pitched against the BoSox either, which I see as a HUGE PLUS !!

Also, Boston is 0-4 in their last 4 home series in Game 1 - against Arizona, St. Louis, Balt, & Seattle....

The Rays lost earlier and I think Boston will drop this one at home also...
