Read up on HGH though, it really isn't as bad as the media makes it out to be. It is the fountain of youth if you know how to use it (using enough, while at the same time not going over board). And if you are younger and want to stack it with Testosterone or something of the like, you probably won't regret it if you do proper PCT (post cycle therapy).

Another silly myth. There is no evidence that HGH causes irregular growth of the head.
In fact, chances are if you are keeping amounts reasonable (1-4IU per day, 5-6 days a week), you will not encounter ANY side effects. As your dosage goes up, so does the risk of side effects. Unless you are a bodybuilder and using 10-20IU everyday, you will likely not notice any sides.
If you are not using it to bulk up, there is really no reason you should exceed 1-2IU per day. With that said, it is best to consult a doctor and get a test done to check to see whether or not your GH levels are already above normal. If they are, you should probably wait. As you get older your GH levels fall. A lot of people start falling around 25-30 years old and it only gets worse as you get older. By the time you hit 40, you will assuredly have a below normal level.
