overall a decent game , pretty evenly played... Its a shame they had these two teams play in game 1 (the most meaningless) of the tourney instead of the regular New Years Eve game when the players have a lot more chemistry going and teams are playing at their best... Credit to the USA on the win, but I think this is Canada's weakest team in years and definitely don't see them in the gold medal game. I know they are well known for getting better as the tourney goes on but they lack the high end talent and returnee's on this years squad after going all in to win it last year. Really interested to watch a lot of Matthews in this tourney and see if he lives up to all the hype!
