Not at all. As we all know, there are times that a lot of books are inaccessible during crunch time-sometimes due to things entirely out of their control(their ISP-who is often the only one that they can use).

I learned my lesson. This isn't something new, and it has happened to pretty much everyone at some point in time.

I just spoke to Scotty at BetJamaica and the problem originates at their IP located in Miami. Unfortunately with internet down, players are using call center and overwhelming it.

That's going to probably be the satelite link upstream of them. If so, it's not an issue with their ISP-it's their ISPs ISP.

Pretty tough to do anything about that one.

I spoke to Scotty at BetJamaica and natrually he wants to let you all know he is very apologetic about what happened. Unfortunately these things happen and this will not be the last time at BetJamaica or anywhere else in the future.

There isn't a nicer and more customer friendly guy in the business than Scotty at BetJamaica, he has worked tirelessly for years to make BetJamaica a top notch out for the small to medium sized bettor.

Most of the books are going to have glitches at first of season. You guys should know to get your bets in earlier and not wait until gametime.

Gentlemen,

We greatly apologize and share in your frustrations due to the connectivity loss from the U.S. earlier today between 12:46 and 1:39 eastern. Unfortunately the main ISP host in Miami to our local ISP provider CW (Cable/Wireless) in Jamaica went down. The Miami provider fortunately did resolved their issue fairly quickly for a Sunday however the timing today is beyond words allowed in public. Locally there we no servers or load issues.

Your understanding is greatly appreciated, anyone wishing for further explanations or assistance please feel free to contact Management or myself personally at anytime.
