Total fuck job by the refs. It has gotten absolutely ridiculous. In no way was that a roughing the passer. If you can't hit a qb low and you cant hit them hi then where in the fuck can you hit them???

refs got it wrong for sure and I had Sea....that was a textbook hit on Wilson.

NFL is trying hard to protect the QBs. Some starters suck and most backups suck. If this league gets stuck with a bunch of backup QBs playing, it goes to crap really fast.

NFL politics..........the game is becoming sanitized politically. The game as we once knew it is over.

Exactly: More and more mobile QBs, guys who are a threat to keep the ball and run it themselves, spinning out of sacks. Less and less true pocket passers like Manning, already making it harder on the D.
Then you take the high contact above the shoulders away, after that anything below the waist is an automatic penalty, how the f*** are you supposed to bring a QB down anymore if a hit like that one last night isn't legal anymore?
Nowadays you can pretty much throw a 15yard penalty on every "clean" sack if the QB sees the defender coming and starts crouching/going down because he is anticipating the contact.

Well.........IMO, the refs control the game & call it as they see fit pending the outcome of the game to their advantage.

I saw that hit to Wilson, it was a clean hit & even Troy Aikman the commentator was flabbergasted by the flag.

I remember Ed Too Tall Jones body slamming a Tampa Qb on his head back in the day. Of course that's excessive but just saying how the game has changed.

Also, pass interference needs to be changed tocollege riles of 15 yyards. Refs are way too flag happy now a days.

If they're gonna flag every little BS supposedly legal hit, might as well drill the fucker and send him into orbit; it's the same 15 yds.

Put all QBs in pink jerseys along with a new rule: DO NOT TOUCH THE QB. That penalty was absolutely horse radish.

that call attributed to my burial this past week would have gone 2-0 on the late games instead lost the juice and chased my ass off on eagles and we all know how that went

NFL head of officials, today, stated referee Ed Hochuli missed the call, the defensive player made the correct form tackle and should not have been penalized

Of course they said that. It was obvious to the world. Will he keep the flag in his pocket next time?

So Ed blew the call. No shit. Does that mean that the score is now 13-7 instead of 17-7? Fuck no. Total bullshit call. For the people that dont believe that these refs dont bet on games, this is a prime example. How easy is it for a ref to set up an offshore account under a family members name and deposit $ into it and then just control the game. You can bet your ass its happening.
