They will never pass OU unless they lose. UConn and Cincy are comparable to OSU and TT and then OU gets to play either #3 KU or #4 Mizzou.
WVU's schedule is an abortion (partially their fault, partially the garbage conference). USF isn't even ranked now and once they beat UCONN and Cincy, both of them will be unranked, leaving them with exactly zero quality wins. OU will have beaten UT (somewhere around 10), Mizzou and either Mizzou or KU. Admittedly not exactly the schedule LSU has played, but it is significantly more difficult that WVU.
