if i were obama, i'd say in order to bet you'd have to have a gaming licensce. you'd have to sit down with someone and list out all of your income, expenses, and prove you have the money to be gambling with. i'd then create a card account(your gaming liscence) and only load what was deemed appropriate that you could bet with, and then you reload it whenever you want with only the set amount you can play with.

too many times on this forum i read about people betting way over there heads and have no self control. they are so out of it its got to the point where they dont have the right to choose what they can do with there money, if there going to screw everyone else up around them, which frequently happens.

miamiboy86 has spoken numerous times about owing 20k on credit cards due to gambling. says he's done, then a week later he's back begging for winners. i see too much of that here and i believe if obama followed my ideas itd be better for all parties involved.

Should we do something similar for every entrepreneur too? We could set up an application process to make sure that the entrepreneur's business plan is realistic and worth the effort. Do entrepreneurs even exist in your ideal world or would you have them all executed?

They should do something like that with houses too...

When you want to buy a house, you sit down with a loan officer and they go through your credit history, how much money you have your income, your expenses, your job history.... Then they could verify all of the information and ... evaluate you.


Then if they feel like you can put enough money down, they can lend you the difference between the purchase price of the home and the amount you want to borrow.

The more likely you are to pay it all off, the less interest you pay.

Your interest is not based on your race, sex, religion or any political factors, it is based on hard concrete factors like your income, work history, credit history, debt/income etc.
