Republican bad, democrats bad. Obama is no longer president and was slightly below average but not the anti Christ you all make him out to be. Trump is simply a piece of shit human being that is in way over his head and has no business being in office.
This tax plan is bad- if you care about the deficit and the middle class.
Drumph is touting this as a major win fall for the middle class and it isn't. He also falsely is claiming that it will hurt the upper 1% (himself included) and it doesn't. The plan being proposed truly benefits those in the 0.1% earing more than 3.7 million a year- far cry from actually helping the policeman, laborer, school teacher, etc.
I support true reform in the way of a flat tax. I believe that every person and entity should pay the same rate or some variation. It is insane that more than half the country does not pay tax yet they use and consume services. It is insane that we allow "churches" and other non-profit entities to exist without paying taxes.
Both parties are fucked up and both are beholden to special interests and the uber rich. Until we the people abolish the current system, we will continue to get similar results.
This is almost completely contradictory in practice.
A flat tax with no deductions as opposed to progressive taxation would benefit the top .1% far more than this current plan does, which you aren't in favor of because of that very reason.
I think the plan sucks too but whatever. Expectations not too high w/ this crew.
