Huck I looked at the properties to your avatar. The problem is you have not uploaded it to a sever. It is only on your computer. that is why it says like c://
The easiest way to uplaod your picture is to go to the Rubber Room. Post a new topic. When you are posting it look at the upper right hand corner of the yellow tool bar.
There will be a paper clip. That allows you too upload pictures, excel files, and word documents. Just search for the picture file like you would if you are attaching a document to an email. It has been a while since I worked here so I am not positive, but I think the piture has to be in jpg. format.
Ok so now after the topic is posted you should see your picture. Once you do... right click on it and follow the same instructions as you did to insert this picture.
