At different points this year both ATL and Chi were favs to win the East. Then the Cavs made those 2 trades and they've been winning almost every game since, that is largely why they are back to being favs.

Could be both. Because of their improved results recently the public is all over them.

I think Cleveland would be a million times better with Shump starting instead of J.R. J.R. is an average defender and a shooter. Shump limited offensively but strong defender. Cavs already have 3 shooters on the floor with LeBron/Kyrie/Love. Only LeBron and Mozgov are above average defenders. Makes sense.

I really don't think Cavs are going to win it all this year. 5-5 last 10 versus potential playoff teams, 2-8 last 10 against potential playoff teams on the road. Just like the Heat in year 1 I think it's too soon. We shall see.

Yeah really. That was LeBron's call. Of course, the feeling was that they wanted to win now and that Wiggins was a few years away. But he is already looking like a star. Lot of pressure on Love now, and as I said he has no playoff experience either.

It seems strange that the Grizzlies are still around 13/1 to win it all. Most complete team in the NBA. Probably best defense in the NBA. Have scoring options at 4 different positions now. Tony Allen off the bench who can shut down numerous positions defensively. Love this bet.
