Can someone Look into my account at pokerstars!!

Ive been waiting since june 10th to recieve a check from them and have been told it was mailed on the 14th of june.They told me if i dont get it by july 29th {and thats over 60 days}that they will send another check or put the money back into my account. Since they just have an email thats all ive been told. I just feel if it hasnt come yet i would just like the money back into my account and let my girlfriend play with it..

PokerStars has already stated that they will not discuss your account with anyone but you. Did you contact them a couple of weeks ago after they said that they needed some type of additional information from you?

tinnco, i emailed them . They said they can only give information to the person who uses the email on file. At that time i gave you my cox email and i used my aol email with them. There response was that i ave to wait until the 29th of july before they issue a new check or redeposit it into my account. I just thought that being over 40 days was ample time and just want the money back into my account , ill play with the money and just move on to partypoker.Do you agree with me that waiting over 40 days is lenghty and they have no way of looking into anything. the only answer i get is to keep waiting.

Checks suck-period.

They get lost, the players always want another one issued immediately, but the book has to protect themselves from players who "double dip" when the original check shows up & gets cashed. I'm not saying that this is what you are doing, but the books have to protect themselves.

All I can say is never, EVER request a check by regular mail from a foreign country.

your correct tinnco and it was my fault for sure. i didnt see fed express as an option though. but i agree i dont believe it was poker stars not paying me, i do believe it was an issue with the check. But i just think if it hasnt come yet that they can cancel the check and redeposit the money in my account. would you like to see the email they sent me? If they have fed express i will continue playing there but since i use western union i need an option for money to be sent by check.

Ive always used western union with sportsbooks and just really got use to using it, just difficult to change. I never looked into netellar enough, how do you recieve you money from netellar, do they send you a check?I looked at central coin as they have an atm card which seems nice.

Nana if you gt no result by july30, which i kinds think you will , but if not repost here and we'll get it worked out....i could send you the info now but as reliable as poker stars is i have to believe both sides of the story or on the up and up.....get that neteller account, ive had mine tied to my bank account for over 3 years now and have never had a problem with transfers in or out....they have live chat and phone support and if done correctly fees are almost nill.......sorry for your problems but as has been said when dealing with cks by mail from a foreign country you can expect any errors to take awhile to clear up.....
