Can someone explain why is the ND spead only 4.5?

I am curious looking at this line. Is this just a perfect storm where Pitt has lost 3 in a row and ND just won their biggest game of the year and now ND is on the road in a tough spot? I see that 65% of bets are on ND and that is usually a red flag. Someone help me out here..

Pitt struggles to score at times and ND still on the top 15 on scoring. Pitt is a tough home team that lost at home recently to Louisville. I took the Irish because I expect them to use the Duke W to their advantage and build off it. Bit you know how the college hoops go and always dangerous to give points on the road in conf play.

I don't know the answer but I can tell you that there has been a lot of RLM on Pitt at home and it hasn't worked out well if you are taking Pitt. Pitt is 4-14-1 ATS and ND has won 5 of the last 6 meetings.
