Classic case of great pitching taking on great hitting. As much as it pains me to say it I can see the Yanks getting 3 or 4 runs tonight to win a close game. I am not betting that way just commenting on the game. Watching the game only no bet.

Mussina is not a pitcher you can trust anymore. Santana has displayed amazing control and should win the CY Young. I say advantage and game one goes to the Twinkies.

The only way the Yankees will ever get any respect from me is if they cut their payroll in HALF and still find a way to win 100 games in a season.

Tough game , it was a tight low score, Twins defense was difference, Mussina pitched basically just as well as Santana...all in al, a nice day...if I had to lose one it would be the Yankees game lol...I feel like the Yankees lose this first game every year...This year they don't have Andy and Roger following the loss.
