J Bruce homered to center. #17

Research Notes
Jay Bruce hit a career-long 472-foot home run off Patrick Corbin in the second inning Saturday. It is tied for the third-longest homer in MLB this season (Mike Napoli, May 1) and is the eighth longest at Chase Field in the last eight seasons.

30 Homers (3rd in NL), 103 RBI's (2nd), 41 Doubles (2nd) - Also the favorite for the NL RF Gold Glove.

Bruce only needs 4 more doubles to be the 46th player in MLB History with 30 HR's, 100 RBI's, and 45 doubles in a season.

Guy is turning into a stud!

Could get some MVP votes this year. Should be a lock to win the gold glove in RF.
