Can Iowa St stop Purdue inside?

Iowa St is going to light it up. If they can't stop Purdue inside we can see an easy over tomorrow night. im not much of a hoops guy other than the tourney so any input is welcome. Thank you gentlmen and gentlewomen ???

I actually think this is a terrible matchup for Purdue. Iowa State can basically do exactly what Michigan did to Purdue in the Big 10 tournament. Spread them out and force Haas/Swanigan to defend the pick and roll all night. Neither guy can move laterally. Limited Haas to 15 minutes because they couldn't defend with both guys on the floor.

Total looks low at 153. Considering they both put up 80 ppg. I would guess you get a whole lot of down low from purdue. Foul trouble for Iowa st. Iowa st non existent bench gets exposed and game goes under. Just my opinion.

I think this game has to go over. Iowa State won't be able to stop Swanigan. I could see him putting up about 35 but I also think Purdue will struggle to defend Iowa State. ISU will have 4 guys that can shoot threes in the lineup. Hoping for an Iowa State win but it will be tough. The crowd in Milwaukee will be pretty evenly split.

Iowa State has played zone maybe about 2% of the time this year. I doubt they will change much tonight.
