I will start this by saying I never had any problems with Sportingbetusa.com which is why i referred my buddy there and now feel bad after what has transpired so I'll see what you guys think. My friend funded his account for the first time in May and has probably reloaded three or four times and never asked for a payout. losing around a 1000 in that time. He had never played offshore and is pretty much a novice gambler. He reloaded and placed a small bet this past monday night and lost. He had 274 remaining in his account after the losing bet but then when he logged in to his surprise next his balance was 50 cents. He checked pending wagers and could not figure out how his balance disappeared. He called up Sportingbetusa after he saw his balance gone and they told him that it was played in the casino and lost. The problem is he never played it and seldom bets more than 150 dollars on a game. They were polite but told him to be more careful with his account inferring that he had shared his pin and password with others and they must have played the money. Is there someway to find out the ISP of who played this money in the casino and if it proves to be one never been used on his account does he have a shot at getting his money back? At the least he has been a victim of hacking either through their website or from an insecure login on his part. Is there anyway to prove he did not do this? Has anyone else been in a similar situation? I appreciate any thoughts.

First of all my name collegegambler is because I bet on college sports not that im in college. Thanks Beantown for wasting your time and mine by replying with total nonsense. I owe 27,000 in student loans which im paying back every month because I paid my own way through college years ago. I hope what you posted was a joke because if that's how you think I feel bad for you. I'm asking for help with a legitmate problem. I'm not trying to pull any sort of a scam.
I know it makes no sense for someone to do it when they couldnt get the money. Is it a possible clerical error? Funny thing is that they left 50 cents in there. Why wouldnt he have bet it all anyway. They are supposed to send him proof of how the hands were played but like I said he didnt play them. I know its a strange occurence but he asked for my help so I came here because I didn't know any other options.
Thanks Doug and Fish has told me he will see what he can do which is greatly appreciated. Sportingbetusa said they are going to do an audit on his account. I doubt that he will get the money back but perhaps they can uncover something in the audit that would prove he did not place the casino wagers.
