Before you go betting your whole account, just to try to get the rollover satisfied, I would sit back and wait to see what happens with the bailout.
If there's no bailout, you probably won't get paid anyway. If there is a bailout, it will probably have its own rollover requirements, and your current rollover status will be irrelevant.
