Can someone tell me what the normal wait time is to receive a neteller payout from gamblersavenue?? It has been about 18 hours now, and i know that 12 hours is the norm, but i am just wondering what is considered normal? I need to make my 2 car payments this month with this money and was expecting it to be in neteller before close of business today so it can be transferred to my bank
