When will these company's get rejected or worse break the law under this new internet ban on gambling. How will they be able to transfer money to my american checking account when these banks know it's comming from an offshore sportsbook. Very nervous and concerned if i win will i be able to collect.

good question Steve. im sure it will be a slow process to enforce but if the law passes it will get harder for neteller to not want to pull out of the US , IMO. But I do not think it will effect anything this football season

Like you and others I am also worried. I mean, Congress did NOT HAVE TO PASS ANY LAW for my credit cards to be rejected!!! (THAT's the scary part). However, I kinda think (suppose) that since the Banks are not worried about loosing in the credit card issue, that Neteller, etc is probably safe until a REAL law is passed. In other words the banks won't MAKE their own law on this one as it doesn't actually affect them. (Standard Disclaimer)

I haven't been following the news daily, has this been voted on by senate, let alone signed into law?
