I'm telling you. Their poorly developed pre-frontal cortex is why most are the way they are. It effects decision making and understanding of simple if, then statements. They think in the moment, have limited reasoning skills. Whites use top down processing whiler blacks tend to use bottom up processing. Example of thinking in the moment...Most successful (for awhile) bank robbers are white because they have a well thought out plan and are meticulous about it.... A typical black armed robbery is walking intyo a 7-11 with a gun, demanding the money, likely leaving fingerprints and not wearing a mask and then running off into the night with $84.
