Calling Cards for calling Canada

So the place I rented has a phone line but the owner has the phone blocked for international calls. Fucking sucks.

What are some options? Still waiting for Cable internet to be installed so once I have skype going it will be better.

Until then, are there any options other than paying ICE 3000c for 20 minutes?

I have but I'm waiting for the Cable company to install cable, right now I just have free wireless which is slower and less reliable that F'n Dial up...

Cable Tica came early...didn't know that could happen here.

Did the Skype IN and it gave me a Florida phone number and unlimited calls to landlines and cells in the US and Canada...works really well.
