Have a shitty Week 15? Join the freakin' club! Before I post the updated overall results, I want to share some numbers with you. You may want to cover you eyes though, because this is not very pretty.

Broken down by the overall group (all of our picks combined), and the top ten (the top ten point leaders' picks combined), here is how we all did in Week 15:

Locks (Enitre Group): 11~38 (22%)
Locks (the Top Ten): 1~9 (10%)

All 4 Picks (Entire Group): 68~128 (35%)
All 4 Picks (the Top Ten): 10~30 (25%)

That's pretty bad. Overall, as a group, Week 15 chewed us up and then spit us out. Congrats to the few guys who scored 4 points in Week 15 (no one had more than 3 wins in Week 15). There were only six of you: C-Gold, iamian, Hawk-N-Flight, laup, TIGERTOY and hannowsky77. Congrats and thanks for doing your part to hoist up the overall group average. But alas, the sinking ship could not be saved.

QUICK REVIEW OF THE RULES


Every week I will be releasing a Point Spread and Total for each game. After that people have to make their picks based on the Numbers I give, No Buying Points, No First Half Spreads, No Teasers. All Spreads must be using the numbers that I give. The Number I will put up will be the most common spread across the board. The Rules are as simple as this, you need to Pick 4 Games. 3 Bets are all normal Bets but 1 Bet has to be your LOCK OF THE WEEK. The way I will be scoring this year is this, I will be using a point system Each Normal Bet is worth 1 point if you get it right, however the Lock Of The Week is worth 2 points. So the maximum number of points you can get throught out the week is 5 Points. You can use any combinations of Totals or Spreads based on whatever bets you think are the strongest.

1 Major Rule is this:
You are NOT allowed to switch your pick once you've made it. Even if you want to change it 1 minute later, so make sure you know what you are taking. This prevents people from changing their picks for strategy purposes or for injury purposes.

Another thing is if when you make the pick, you choose a team, but the wrong spread then your pick will Be the Team you picked, and the spread that I have given.

For Example:

Miami at Dallas -12

You type Dallas +12

Or you type Dallas -13

In both situations You are going to end up taking Dallas at -12.

You can certainly go back and double check my accuracy, but I had you down for the following:

Detroit +17.5 (LOTW) WINNER (2 pts)

Thanks Vijay. I appreciate you taking the time to comment. Yeah, I thought it would be fun to run some quick tallies. Unfortunately it was all on the ugly side, but it was both shocking and interesting to see. My main point was to cheer those of us up who got kicked around in Week 15 (most of us) and to congratulate those of us who did well (very few of us).
