From a scheduling perspective, CAL has Texas on deck. I say this because HC Dykes is from central Texas and if I heard correctly they are planning on getting the kids there a bit early as it's a homecoming for him. Lots of family and events planned for Dykes and the CAL team. It's also TEXAS, and while the play on the field has been less than stellar, teams still look forward to playing them. From a SDSU perspective, anytime they get a chance to play a PAC12 team, they typically rise to the occasion.I guess we'll find out if this is a huge over-reaction to week #1 performances or not. SDSU did lose their starting safety, a big blow against the CAL offense, no doubt.
