I agree. It's at 8 right now on my book. I loved it at 7. But I'm scared of it now. I think FSU looked like crap the first two weeks, but I could see them bouncing back this week. It smells like a trap game to me. You never know which FSU game is going to show up. I'm steering clear of it. Plus, Cowherd has BYU as one of his picks. And I almost always fade his ass. Especially with his track record this year to date. Bottom line, I'm staying away from this one. Either way, GL to you this weekend.
Ha.. I listen to Herd all the time.. pretty funny guy, but learned the hard way in week 1 to stay away from his picks.. he was pretty money last year and has made me money in the NFL so far... But you guys on here are so much better to follow.

I got in at 7 but I think they will win by 10+. Not many teams that play them on their own turf get out of there without getting beat decisively. If FSU can't stop Max Hall's aerial game, their goose is cooked and it won't be too close on the score board. I don't think they will.
If I had to take a side, 8½ looks very doable to me. Just because it's lost some value doesn't mean it can't win anyway.

I've seen FSU enough to know that they don't always play the smartest football. They are a decent football team. But right now they don't have things figured out on defense. BYU is a very sound football team that isn't going to beat themselves. And I think that will be the difference in the game. Personally, i wouldn't play the game above 7, just for the fact that FSU has the better athletes. But I do think BYU wins this game. I always look for a difference maker in a game. I can't really think of any standout difference makers for FSU. BYU has Max Hall. The kid really impressed me when he beat my Sooners in a very hostile enviornment when our defference maker Sam Bradford got knocked out of the game..
