This fight shouldn't even be happening. Golota is a joke. In his last few fights he has gone 6 -7 rounds with club fighters. Chris Byrd is going to frustrate Golota to the point where he'll get DQ, or run out of the ring crying. The guy is a moron. Everything is in Byrd's favor for this one... in fact, Byrd's people didn't even want this fight because they figure once Byrd's style frustrates Golota he'll do something stupid, maybe bite Byrd's nose off. Look for Golota to give up half way through the bout or get DQ'd. Chris Byrd by DQ or decision.

the Line opened up very low, around -160, then jumped up very qick.. I agree that Byrd should win with ease, if he executes his game plan. Golota is a real joke, unless he is a totally changed man as King says he is.

Well, you can believe Don King, (who is out for hype to sell tickets), or you can trust your instincts on this one. Duh, easy one.

Why is it that so many feel this bout will lack entertainment? I think it's one of the more interesting bouts of Byrd's career in recent time.

How will Golota handles Byrds slickness?

Does Byrd still have what it takes to easily win round after round?

Which Golota will show up?

I know that if Golota were to, by chance, win this match, it would certainly promote more intrigue in the heavyweight division. And I don't think that anyone will fear facing Golota, whereas Byrd has been presented with limited opportunities as the IBF titleholder.

Wouldn't King be better off, from a financial standpoint, if Golota had the belt. Maybe the fix is in on this one. You never know.

I don't like this bout. I don't like the Byrd that I saw against Oquendo. And I think the odds are too high now for Byrd. Afterall, Golota can still punch.

I layed a few more hundred on byrd at wsex for -280. I can't believe it's still that low. Byrd is going to outbox Golota all night. When the fight gets close... look for these odds to be 4/1 for byrd
