1) he has won superbowls
2) he has the most popular sports franchise in the US
3) he makes $$$$$$$$$$$$$$

his ego gets in the way more and more and he'll have to step back and let a real GM and coach take over the team and that's very unlikely to happen.
i think he'll take drama and money and power over super bowls at this point....
