Brother, thanks. I need feedback, I really do. It is slow season, and sometimes the CS level tends to drop around this time (vacation syndromes, supervisors and managers are not around as much, etc...). I do strive to make sure that my people understand the true value of Customer Service and, as opposed to the past, we have improved a great deal. HOWEVER, a company can ALWAYS improve its service, and this feedback will help. So, thanks.

Yessir, I was there, then. I was a CS rep, then New Accounts Coordinator, then CS supervisor, and finally CS Manager. This was from 1998-2000.
