Most banks can sell you a prepaid Visa card for international transactions.
They are usually 7 bucks more than you load on the card.

now that I read it again, you want to Buy something in China from the US.

I've heard all the above payments, problem is in most cases you need to be From China or have Money in a China Bank.
Most of those are for Companies. Like if you own a Company and are buying from another company..

So I'm guessing that Nike China is selling something you Can't buy from Nike US ??
