Even the most ardent (provided they have nay objectivity) Republican has to acknowledge, that while many of these points are a little shaky, Bush certainly has not run a smooth, effective or flawless presidency. In fact, I know many a conservative that admit that he has balked at a lot of his promises, and has been less than forthright with the American public.
