IT'S BEEN A GREAT RUN, UP WELL OVER 200-250 UNITS INCLUDING JUICE. i should have free time to get the totals for the season.

GOY WENT 5-2 in a short two week period.

and CLEANING house since the championship week started.

best of luck and until next year.

gtech over 10 units
gtech +5(game time line) 10 units

just had a chance to watch the replay of the tech uconn game. gtech is the play.

no write ups, just think the acc is still better, there are all kinds of trends and info supporting both teams.

should be a great game and it seems like every time you think this final game will be a blowout, it's anything but.

best of luck. there is always next year, don't blow your wad tonight.

i think you are better off with gtech and over.

i just watched the replay of that game earlier this year.

you would be crazy not to take gtech. and there could of been a lot more points in the game.

tech at least 4 or 5 times through the ball out of bounds on a fast break with numbers. and not talking 2-1 like 4-1, 4-2.

from what i saw in the first game, tech is more athletic, faster, and all around a better team. but mahamod and elder played very good.

THC,with you on Tech, but not so sure about the over. GT has been well under the number and would have been under vs. KU w/out overtime. UConn can score, but we're counting on GT defense to keep the score down to keep the game within 5. Somethings gotta give. Do you have an explanation or did your system pick the over and that's the only explanation? Thanks, and GL.

no system on over.

just watched the game from earlier this year and there really could of been 15 to 25 points more. easy.

both had huge droughts of not scoring, and gtech turned the ball over a ton against uconn on the other end going fast breaks.

plus uconns free throws deal wa terriable.
just see a lot of points tonight, a lot of breaking and if one team gets hot the over will sail.

over is just opinion, nothing more. but have done very well this tourney with o/u.

Thanks for the prompt reply, Bro. I guess championship games usually mean a lot of scoring. I've just seen Tech. squeak out some low-scoring affairs this tourney, and 146 seems a little high. But if you've been hot on o/u, I'll probably jump on board, at least for a small amount.

depends on if the refs let them play.

that always seems to determine big games, every damn time it seems like.

all i know is when tech was scoring uconn inbounded that ball to half court and two or three dribbles and trying to score.

i didn't see a lot of set offense. look like a street game if you know what i mean.

and tech is so fast that uconn couldn't keep up with them once tech got a d rebound they were gone.

should be a up and down game and boy can't wait.

i should bump this baby up to the GOY status on my play book, just like it more and more as the day goes on, and just love it after watching the game today.

f*cking white sox, damnit. sorry. pissed off, gotto go.

I'm with you on the over 146, Buddy. Looking at point totals of the last 10 NCAA championships: 148, 167, 143, 163, 147, 151, 165, 154, 116, 159

I realize that those are different teams in different years, but championships seem to be high-scoring affairs (see this year's superbowl). I know that doesn't guarantee anything, but I'll play the over with you, THC. Good luck to all.

Also have 15/2 for GT to win it all I placed Saturday.
I hope we cash. If not, oh well..football is not far away.

CC and Smokey are both on UCONN. Somebody's got to win and sombody's got to lose.

Sure didn't look like the GT team I know...They couldn't throw it in the ocean in the first half..how many FT's did they miss???

Oh well like I said somebody's gotta win and yada yada yada...Smokey and CC finally got one right in the Final Four. Odds are a blind squirel finds yada yada yada...

kind of what i was thinking tigerven.

how many times did uconn throw the ball up over their head and it when?

how many times did gtech miss from 3' and in?

how many one and ones did gtech miss?

why didn't gtech start fouling with 3 or 4 minutes left?

how many times did a tip ball, or a long free throw go uconns way?

and tech still almost covered.

getting a headache!

at least i hit the over to square the day.

i guess if you stick with the same team long enough you would have to win eventually. i'll take my record the past few weeks and live with it.

just can't see paying for picks until someone documents a better record.

lots of good cappers here and would like to wish everyone good luck and see you over in the baseball forum, if not, see you in the fall.

i would love to see a 70% record from anyone, hell i would hand over my check book if someone could prove that.

I'll have to get it all back during Football season. Basketball is too tough to figure out. One thing is for sure and I read this in an article on the Covers website...You can't fall in love with one team. It's hard not to do that when that team win's you money time and again, but bottomline GT wasn't ready for the spotlight lastnight and UCONN was. That moneyline and odds bet I had would've been sweet.

THC, Thanks for the tip on the over. I had that and GT for equal amounts, so no blood, just juice.

UConn deserves the national title because of the season they have had, so my hat is off to them and every capper who took them. But I sure thought GT would keep it close. Shenscher was a non-factor (surprised the hell out of me).

And Elder kept trying to step up and be the team leader, but coach Hewitt should have told him to stop shooting when he was ice cold in the first 5 minutes...that dug GT into a hole they never got out of.

I'm not making excuses for GT--UConn beat them. But I think if they work the ball a little more in the first 5 minutes, control the tempo, and get better shots, it can be a whole different game.

Thanks for your picks over the last few weeks, THC. You really went on a tear down the stretch, helped me end up way ahead on the season. Done until football, have a great spring & summer.
