Philadelphia has a better team which is why the line is that low. If they played in Philly again the line would be around the same it was, -6. The oddsmakers clearly have Philadelphia as the better team and aren't going to change their minds because of one game in which Chicago won.
Maybe Chicago wins and maybe they are the better team, and if you feel so you should bet on them. The oddsmakers feel the sixers are better though and that explains the line.

otk is correct that vegas has philly as the better team....however those of u who have chicago winning handily last game, shoudla watched it..it was a close game, thru 1 half, with philly leading at halftime......

usually when one quarter is lopsided like this, oddsmakers can chalk it up that way....and not change opinion of this team until it proves to be a trend. Chicago was on the last leg of their circus trip which has them on the road forever, which in my opinion had that line in philly 2 pts higher than it needed to be, if chicago was better rested.
Everyone one knows bout home and homes in hoops and hockey....evryone says they wind up splitting, blah blah blah...UNTIL THEY DONT.....
This line tonight is a bargain in my opinion, because i think a lot of money will come in on philly, chasing from the last game....and I think this will be a case where Chicago disproves the whole "the team that loses the first ,will win the second".......Line could even move to -1......and Id love to hear news that some Bulls player is out tonight, to make Philly a fave.......it would give me even more reason to Love the Bulls here.
