Bullpen handicapping

Starting pitchers have always been the jumping off point for baseball handicapping--and the lines reflect that more than anything--but should that be the case anymore?

The last third (or more!) of most games belong to the bullpen--do most handicappers factor that into their thinking enough?

There are certain bullpens we know suck--Atlanta's for example. But how much do we really know about other bullpens?

Maybe we should all become bullpen experts.
