furyk missed cut at british which did not shock me. but he is the us open champion and has a 9/16,2,10 here

one final golf play

I am taking funk over Huston -20 at pinnacle for half a unit

couple reasons

this course historically favors the guy that hits the most greens

acouple years the stats were staggering

funk ranks 26 in gir while Huston ranks 61

don't get me wrong 61 us not bad

another is that prior to missed cuts at British,,<he had no shot there of playing well and the British letdown at Hartford he has a 4th at Westchester and a 9 at Memphis... a similar type course

I like the play but don't like the price hence the 1/2 unit play

I thought it should be 110 tops

another reason is Huston to me from what I know has a way of <quitting> and I know a great deal about funk and he will not quit

worth a play

surprised yes that it moved that way
i see-5 at pinnacle with funk moving from 20 to 28

i make my own price i think a match should be and if it moves a great deal thenai make sure to talk to people that know whether its an injury problem
that is the only thing i worry about
my only goal is to get the best price i can

Thanks Urchin- I got down on Furyk at -109, but had to pass on Funk at -164.

BTW- I also have Dimarco over Verplank at -109 recommended by a local club pro. Any opinions on this?

Any opinion on Pinnacle match-up: Scott Verplank -132 over Fred Funk +122. Thanks in advance for any input. btw. pinnacle now has Funk -148 over Huston +138.
