Alright, what stinks about this one? Everything!! Yes, yes divisional rivals, but come on, Miami has been mediocre at best and Buffalo has been playing terrific. Let down spot for Bills maybe? I had Buffalo this week in last man standing, thinking of taking them again. Thoughts about this one?
I make a line two ways...a 3 point disparity is rare from what vegas posts. A line is off by 1.5-2 pts then I take that value. I'm off by 4 and 5 respectively-- buf-6. I don't get it either. I'm going to keep an eye on whether or not early players pound this one into shape, much like ten who opened at 7 this week and shot to 9 within an hour of them hanging that bunk#. If early sentiment goes to buf, then they just put out a bad#.
It's not really the same as this is a divisional game. Makes things different. Indy has been shaky at best, that's why they lost, they just aren't elite this year. Same with Jets, Raiders have played most of their games close, plus the coast to coast travel with Jets. That trend has been ridiculous this year.
Last week my gut told me to play Chicago -3 vs. Minn but I didn't because I overthought it, I think Buffalo wins a close one here. Baltimore really laid a blueprint as to how to play Miami and Buffalo D is very solid.
Got a whole week to look into it further, just wanted initial thoughts here.
