Miami -8.5

This is Miami @ Ga Tech all over again. Except it's in Miami. Except Louisville's defense isnt as good as Tech's. Except Tech had seen Miami-like talent before and Louisville hasn't played **** in over a year. Louisville is ridiculously ovverated. Miami's defense is extremely dominant. 9-0 IS A COVER HERE FOLKS. Miami will run up and down the field on louisville, and play pass when Louisville eventually puts 9 guys in the box.
On offense Louisville will be innefective. Miami dominates unbalanced offenses with their speed. They can disregard the pass, Play Man Free (no saftey help over the top, with 9 in the box), and get Louisville into 3rd and long all day (READ: TURNOVERS). The 8.5 line here is a gift. I'd take it if it was doubled (17). Ask yourself why Miami would be favored by 23.5 @ a Ga Tech team with better talent than Louisville, and then be Favored by 8.5 AT HOME hosting a Louisville team thats less talented than Ga Tech. (And they are less talented). UM. This Louisville team has played EAST AND NORTH CAROLINA, ARMY, KENTUCKY, CINCINATTI, HOUSTON, MEMPHIS, TCU, ECU AGAIN, AND TULANE in their last 10. Hmmm, It's not a strecth to say that havent seen decent team speed in their last 10 games. Miami's defense will set the tone early, Miami will run, and then go up top. They ahvent exploded in a national Tv game yet, and I expect them to do so here.

C-NOTE, I think that this card is the best I've ever had. I think that the line movement backs me up on this. Adam and I literally sat there sunday night and hit refresh until Pinnacle obliged. I hit my head on the ceiling fan as I rushed next door to tell John about Troy State. Let's Bank this weekend.

Ok, need the Canes tonight.
Yes, I have gone against horn in the past lol. If we had the same picks every week, then we woul combine and create SHSUNOLES. I usually do jump the early lines. 85% of the lines this week went in the direction I thought they would.
As far as Mista, he tends to look at Trends in a different way then I do. I look at teams that play a certain style while he considers more ATS trends, which I don't believe in. I will look at a coaches ATS (Holtz).

For all of you that don't know me, I'm Bud. I go to FSU, I'm in honors along with my roomates, and we've done fairly well betting this stuff. We have a ton of freetime, and I played football for a HS Powerhouse. I like to focus on Numbers, Talent, Scheme, Matcups, and intangibles (coaching, HFA). I think a lot of people don't consider how a certain defense matches up to anothers offense (see ark @ fla w/ ark's young secondary). I have a very good understanding of football, not just gambling.

Lol Horn, nope. I'm your guy for the ACC. OU was my biggest lay of the year. I live next to a Nike outlet so I bought the tiger woods crimson colored shirt to wear when rooting for the Sooners. Then my rooates and I competedto see who could successfully call the most # of Mack Brown plays in a row. 6.
Tonight on the Bobby Bowden Call in show "I know you can't comment Bobb, but are you recruiting _____ ______". He replied with I'm sure we're looking at lots of area Kids.
One thing bout the FSU game though is Canty (all confrence, maybe all america de), isn't playing, and his backup has to go against the best offensive lineman in the country in Alex Barron (#3 on Kiper's Big Board).

Miami Burning

Ok, the Miami game hurt, except when i dropped everything on Miami +10 on live betting at a cool 2.1-1. For record keping purposes here, I will not count the Live Wager.
Observations: Miami's tackling was atrocius. They must improve that. They stunted too much on the D-LINE, and didn't use a speed edge rusher at all. Dissappointing. I didn't understand that. They Miss Glenn sharpe at saftey, and their Linebackers are a little undersized. Improved tackling and playing the d-line straightup would have helped IMO, and they would have covered this.

Credit Louisville here. Totally outclassed Miami. Punting to Hester is a bonehead move. There offensive shceme was awesome. Granted, Miami has ridiculous speed and eventually shut it down.

Berlin is a shotgun QB only. thats why Spurrier wanted him. He steps into his throw with an overflexed leg, which makes his release point slow. He cannot run under the center. Miami must djust for this and go to mor of a shotgun offense.

I now feel Miami woul struggle with a power football team, and I underestimated Louisville. I want to see Miami's adjustments.

Horn, there's 1 difference.

My pledges are not at the Miami game. They will be damn loud Sat night for Virginia. I'm gunna be at the point where u yell so much and get light headed from the JackNCoke we snuck In that the cop comes over when you fall down, and your buddies tell him your ok, and then you yell so much you get lightheaded and repeat. Anyways, the point is crowd noise. We will have a ton of it. This qb has never heard anything like this.

Phi Delta Theta. I think we're grouped with Zeta for this game, which of course means I'll have to remind myself to WATCH the game.

We got social probation for a whole year while i was in school becuase of a HUGE brawl at a bar with the Phi-Delts. Broken windows, chairs, and noses. It was out of a fuckin movie.

I ate a zeta? Not bad, they were the best at my school.
