Here are some of my thoughts after researching on these 2 teams a bit.

Current lines at this second on BETJAM are China -9 and O/U 138.

China has seemed to play and get better as the games have gone on. Belarus I would argue that they didn't really decline, but they were less then stellar in their finale vs Brazil. I remember watching that game.

NEITHER team shoot the 3 ball well. You can expect Belarus to shoot more 3's. They average well over 20, while China averages a mere 15ish range. They shot a ton against Mali, but Mali being awful I think had alot to do with that(7-25 by the way).

China's high scoring games were against 2 not so good defensive teams, yet alone not so good teams at all in the Czech and New Zeland. Belarus is a very solid defensive team and they actually kep the 5-0 Aussies under their average(all be it about 2points), but I think that shows that they're defensive minded.

So in the end, do you feel strong enough in any way to place a wager on side or total or both for that matter?

I'm thinking of buying 1.5 points maybe, and going with Belarus.

I think the O/U is tight as hell. I'm not sure what I'm going to do yet.

My initial thoughts are take the UNDER. The thing that scares me is Belarus shooting over 20 3's and that they might get hot and hit 5or6 more than they usually do. That would just kill the UNDER.

I honestly think Belarus +8.5 is the play.

Ivan, yes, parlay, not a big risk for reward.

Everything I looked at shows this game as being a tight game and neither team has shown the ability to shoot the ball lights out. Belarus has a legit chance to win the game.

okay gents i have my pick. I am going 2-teamer.

dropping (China -6 under-140) risking 150 to win 200 or 2.0 units

Under 138 total. (Risking .6 units to win .5 or $50)


The under is solid. Belralus MISSES AND FORCES too many shots. China has strong perimiter defense and has some big bodies to match belarus. Belarus just turns the ball over too much for my liking. China rather drive to the lane then pull up and shoot a 3. Belarus also fouls alot. Only thing that worries me is that china goes to the line too much and raises the total to high. I do not like china at -9.5 but ill take them AT 6. gOOD LUCK ALL

alot of people are dumping on china. This is not nba basketball, belarus cared that they lost yesterday, brazil got there first win. Its all about pride. Did you see that game? With that I feel China wins at least by 6, reason for me dropping the line. Public is on china.
