They bat Livan Hernandez in the 8th against Kolb with a man on 2nd even though the guy had thrown 110 pitches.

Livan had faced 7 batters in the previous inning, given up a run and was saved by the fact that Hollandsworth got thrown out at third.

Then, of course, Livan comes out in the bottom of the 8th, gives up a leadoff double, then proceeds to load the bases with 1 out.
