With all due respect, I believe MARYLAND is not only IN, but they will get a pretty good seed...

They are NOT a BUBBLE team anymore...

I would lay 10-1 odds on Chris being right, too...

Big 10 gets only 3. Illinois, Wisconsin, Mich St
SEC gets 6 for sure: KY, Fla, Miss St., SC, Vandy, Ala, and there is a question about Georgia making it, i doubt it but they are a bubble team.
Air Force gets in as does Utah St. Unlv and Utep are out.

Number #1 seeds: Kent, Duke, regardless of todays games. also Stanford is a lock for a number one now, last one goes to St. Joes by default because Pitt lost to Uconn, it was Pitts for the taking.. only other possibility is a big showing today by Ok St.. St. Joes could be the only #1 to lose to a #16 as well..

OFF THAT LIST, I THINK ONLY BYU AND AIR FORCE GET IN....

COLORADO WOULD GET IN BEFORE MIZZOU WOULD, AND I DONT THINK COLORADO MAKES IT EITHER..

BYU is in, sorry also Utah st will make it.. Richmond Spiders will get the last outright bid, write that down as well..

And may have won their way back to a 7 seed. Gary Williams is the best coach in he country no one notices !! This team is still not that good and will be very fortunate to advance to 16...But hats off to Gary for salvaging the season and keeping the streak alive....

As much as I hate to say it .... L.S.U. will be outside looking in. Terrible finish to the season, including Double Digit Losses in four of the Last five losses. Plus, Lloreda not there doesn't leave a lot to be desired for their chances to Move on in the Tourney + There were a few upsets in the Con. Tourneys that did not help. Had the Beaten S. Carolina on Friday ... I would have said DEFINTELY YES ... but not now!

was close, but didnt think UTEP would get an atlarge bid, i would have thought Utah St. gets that bid before UTEP...

Utah St. got jobbed, but UTEP was a more deserving team. Phil Marteli did make a good point and said Richmond got in probably at the expense of Utah St because they gambled by agreeing to go to Kansas and Colorado and they got rewarded for it. UTEP deserves their spot because the WAC had its strongest year ever with 4 quality teams that took turns beating up on each other and if only one made it in that would have penalized them for being so strong.

FWIW I think the WAC will have at least one team still playing after the first round. The Wolfpack are a steal against a team (Mich St) that the ESPN guys said "can't defend and can't rebound". They were going out of their way to kiss Tom Izzo's ass while half-heartedly admitting the Spartans are not very good, but they still like them because well they are Big 10. Be interesting to see what line is put up, but the obvious history and name advantage for the Spartans will inflate that line for a clearly inferior team.
