If anybody saw the shootout in Tampa, the Avs were rewarded with a bullshit goal in the shootout, as the refs claimed Mike Smith threw his stick at the puck, when the stick was falling out of his hands. No replay, just a discussion from the officials. If anyone else saw this, let me know if you feel the same.
I'm watching the postgame on Sun Sports, and they said there is no review allowed on penalty shots unless the puck crosses the line....so the officials get together for four or five minutes and be unsure of something, when everyone in the arena is seeing the replays? Something needs to be changed.
