I called Betjamaica to transfer some money into 5dimes account. 30min later, I checked my 5dimes account and there was no money in the account. So I called 5dimes to ask and they said Betjam did not send them the complete information so they can't put money into my 5dimes account. So I called Betjam and they said everything is correct and 5dimes reply back to them saying transaction has been completed. I waited 10 more minutes or so and checked my 5dimes account and still no money. So I called 5dimes again and explained the whole situation and 5dimes' customer service rep told me that email which was sent by betjam does not have my name and therefore, they can not credit my account. I called betjam again and they are telling me email did have my name in it....so I ended up asking them to cancel the transfer.....my 1st attempt to make a transfer.....I will not even bother trying it again.

I think you were a victim miscommunication between the 2 books..It is no coincidence that only top tier books do transfers between themselves..This is the best indicator in the off shore sports industry in my opinion of who you can deal with..

You can trust whoever a top book deals with...

Transfers can come in handy and I would not let this experience keep you from doing it again..

5 Dimes wants your $..trust me..

I would call Bet Jam and ask them to kindly send the email again and to ensure all the facts are listed..Perhaps they can forward one to you?

Nine times out of ten this deal goes off without a hitch..-D

Do all transfers by email, and put both account numbers in the email. You'll never have a problem.

It usually goes fairly smooth.

A book that can't transfer with others is always a bad sign... means their more elite peers don't respect them. That's why places like Oddsmaker,Sportsbook.com,Wagerweb, SBG Global, etc. are so far below the good books.

Only problem I ever had was transferring out of Cascade, I got it done, but it took time, but I think I ruined a relationship with a good book over it. It was right before Lenny went erect, surely he stiffed the other book.

No, Lenny is a stand-up guy blah, blah, blah. I never liked that arrogant prick and knew he was a asshole for getting smart with me for asking if they could grade a wager that went almost a day without being graded. It was the last time I fucked with Cascade.

So you're saying Sportsbook isn't the best when it comes to transfers? Thinking about moving some money out of there. Figured I could transfer, but maybe I'll need to do it the old-fashioned (and slow) way.

No book ( to my knowledge) does transfers with any of sportsbook.com's many books ( aliases).
