MY NFL COMPUTER RATINGS & RANKINGS-PREDICTION CHART
This is a simple spread predictor for each NFL team. All you do is look up the numbers to the right of both teams playing that day. The higher the number, the better the team. (Example) New England 31.86 vs. Washington -2.00. Add 31.86 , and make the minus 2.00 a positive number. The total comes to 33.86. Take the 33.86, and now divide it by two. The final result is New England to win by 16.93 points, and rounding it off says that the Patriots will win by 17. If both teams both have positive numbers. (Example) Green Bay 17.15 vs. Carolina 20.57. You would simply subtract both numbers , and the total would be 3.42. Divide 3.42 by two, comes to 1.71, round it off, and Carolina should win by 2 points.
NEW ENGLAND 31.86
CINCINNATI 27.57

Curious...
CIN = 8.22 over CLE using the formula. How do you get 31-14 predicted score?

Hi BW, you're back. Very interesting list of the teams. It looks like a power ranking but with negative numbers. A different look.

That seems to me the Green Bay Carolina game. There will be a different look in this game after Green Bay got demolished last week in Denver. The post game reports said GB receivers could not get open quickly enough for Rodgers, as his first look was always covered. By the second or third look, Rodgers running or going down, usually going down last week. So it seems that Green Bay offense will probably work today. If they do get on a roll, they are hard to stop.

That is the reason to like Green Bay because a different scheme in the passing game, which no one has seen yet, should have them move the ball. Carolina defense is good and similar to Denver because of good cover corners, therefore have to expect something different from Green Bay and they are good enough to execute it.

The other intangible thing about this game is the undefeated Panthers are good, but the best team they beat was Seattle. There not entire sure if Carolina beat them, or Seattle beat themselves with a blown coverage at the end of the game.

Best of luck to your plays this weekend BW.

Had a Great Sunday. Tough Monday night game to call, with all the walking wounded on both sides. Good Luck.
