I think Lock is the best of the group.
Murray started in the Big 12 for one year against many very very bad "D's", he had maybe the best OL in the NCAA and top skill players around him at WR & RB... and yes, his lack of height DOES matter.
Haskins started one year in an unsophisticated passing offense, had some great speed receivers, the jump to the NFL will be very challenging for him.
Jones is solid in many ways but has a low ceiling, he played in a good situation, Rams coach said he is an NFL backup.
Lock started 4 years in a pass oriented offense, vs SEC defenses, and his support (OL-WR-RB) was so so at best. He has height, a top arm, and is athletic enough to run or move in the pocket as necessary.
Sure, Murray or Haskins might be damn good in the NFL, but IMO they are big risks, too, and IMO the best bet to start in 2 years and be successful over his first, say, 7-10 years, is Lock.
