Heard this on the radio this morning but as of yet can't find any other info on the this monster wrestler trying out for the Titans. Radio said that he signed a try-out contract. If it is so with that kind of size ( 6'4" 295lbs.)

is he going to be mobile enough to fit at linebacker?
Anyone else hear more???

Is he offense or defense? I heard Vikes were looking at him...Does anyone know what position? Heseems to tall and not heavy enought to play OL...his lack of experience I'd have to say he'd only be suited for D Line....techiniques on the OL would take much much longer to achieve...

This will more than likely be of no significance but will make for a nice side show.

he signed a 230k (base salary) a year contract to play DL for the Vikings.. he still has to make the team during camp and that is very much in doubt, according to what i hear.. cant blame the guy for trying, he can always wrestle again,, think he is about 27..

I know you guys are probably not going to believe this because the Cowboys are leaving tommorow for Calif (training camp) and trying to keep this hush hush ...but they just signed Greg "The Hammer" Williams to a 10 day try out...they think he can play fulback!!! Now if they can only get Andre The Giant back from the grave we may have something....Seriously, there has been 1 or 2 wrestlers who played in the NFL...Chief Wahoo McDaniel and didn't Ernie Ladd "wrastle" some????
