British House of Commons

What a rude bunch of SOB's.

I am watching and cannot even hear the speaker with all of the others chatting. Someone keeps saying ORDER, but no one listens. Rude M'f****'s.

That has always been the way in Britain. The reason the US House and Senate are so polite was/is a reaction to the 'rude' British House of Commons. I'm shocked there aren't fistfights in the Commons.

in the Taiwanese parliament a fist fight or brawl does seem to arise every couple of years. it seems they take their politics very seriously.

Entropy, I saw a tape of that. They were Kung Fu'ing each other and one guy took off his shoe and was beating another with it. Seriously. It was hilarious.
