I'm a Packer fan and consequently, a big Favre apologist.

To do this to Rodgers though would be dirty. I hope this is not true.

Time for Brett to be in the TV booth...Hall of Famer for sure, but it's sad watching athletes hang around...watched Willie Mays try, very sad...same with Roger Clemens....

I loved watching Farve play but he's an a$$hole if he comes back. Let Rodgers play already

i like that at least he is coming back to Green Bay

Nothing was more pathetic than seeing Jordan in a Wizards uniform, or Namath with the Rams or Unitas with the Chargers

If he comes back Green Bay will almost be forced to keep him. There are a couple of teams in the same division that could use Favre. If you put Favre on the Vikings I believe they jump right to the top of the NFC.

true, hard to believe they let him go to the bears or vikes... maybe they release him on the condition he goes outside the division?

I know this guy and he is playing us all. He will play in GB or TB or MIA. He is so full of himself its rediculous. Thompson said no to Favre for his return. An organization made this guy who he is, other than his play, and for him to hold them hostage and think he can call his choice is pure BS. Of course time will play this out but as a big GB fan I would never give this idiot a chance to come back. He is still under contract for 2 years, I think, and GB will demand allot for someone else to pick him up. How can you waffle on your desicion and put Rodgers in a precarious situation. These idiots think they are bigger than the game.

Its such a joke. And my 2 sons and I have enjoyed this guys play for many years.

Maybe not fair, but it was his job to get the Packers into the title game...but wouldn't it be something to see him put on the pads again...it's his life so he has to do what he wants to do....my opinon is he should stay retired...
