Is blackjack the best game in the casinos where the advantage is not that bad. Also if you use the basic blackjack stragedy guide when playing will it also cut the advantage down

No! Craps played correctly has the lowest house percentage of any table game. Playing the pass and come line with the maximum odds (which the house has zero advantage) placed behind allows the player the best percentage of all games.

Play perfect basic strategy and you cut the house advantage to about a half percent. Craps played smartly is also about the same, and baccarrat is there as well.

Over a long period of time, though, a half percent will clear a bettor out. And there's no way of knowing what will happen in the short term.

I thought Don't Pass is the better bet? I'm sure its miniscule either way... Craps is fun because the whole table essentially wants the same thing (unless you're the asshole betting Don't Pass heh). It is very "mechanical" though, the game that is - you do the exact same thing over and over.

so really the only game you can really win at longterm would be holdem right? Even sports betting is set at -110 or worse, except baseball

Wagering on sports is much different than flipping a coin or rolling a pair of dice. By the way, unless you are wagering on a true opener, DON'T ever lay -110.

Craps, most beatable and more fun than any of the other games. Once you play Craps you won't even bother going to a different game.

Belly,

I guess I am confused by u saying never lay more than -110, are u saying never to play a favorite in baseball, or bet a -110 total or more, and how would u go about not laying any vig?

Thanks:toast:

So is there anyone here that wins more than they lose at the casino?

I've won quite a bit. More times then not. There were years that I played roulette and didn't know basic strategy for blackjack and never played craps. I'm not sure if I've made up for those years but I sure have tried.
