Five alligators removed from lake, euthanized. They found no evidence they were involved in 2-year old's disappearance.

Well. it seems kinda dumb... they wont find the kid whole, probably different gators have different parts. More like a PR kind of thing and also to state the death instead of the current status of "missing".

I just saw the GEICO commercial with the alligator trying to pay for dinner but he can't reach the check. I would assume that ad will be pulled rather quickly. This is a horrible tragedy.

Just some of the warning signs at the Resort.

From what I've seen there was no warning on the signs about alligators. Just no swimming. They were standing in ankle deep water. For gods sakes I'm sure the father felt the boy was safe at the time . People need to pray for these parents instead of trying to accuse them of child endangering. I don't even want to fathom what they are going through right now.

The boy was playing in the water while his family of five, vacationing from Nebraska, relaxed on the edge of the lagoon, when he was seized by the animal, believed to be between 4 feet and 7 feet (1.2 meters and 2 meters) long, Orange County Sheriff Jerry Demings told reporters.

"The father entered the water and tried to grab the child and was not successful," Demings told a news conference just after midnight.
The mother also tried to rescue the boy and a nearby lifeguard was told of the attack, Demings said.

How ignorant can you be????......Do you think the signs say....Come play with the Alligators?

The question was if there were alligator warning signs or if you're posting a random image. I've never been to the resort to know. What's ignorant?
