What is the chance this game will be post or call early?

I see T-storms all the way until 10:45 or something. There is a gap about 30-45 mins with just light rain around 9:00 to 9:45 or so.......I am just wondering any fellow cappers here on RX are from atlanta? What you guys think of this game? Going to start anytime soon? going to post? going to be call early?

basically t-storm until 11, there is a gap with light rain, but i think the rule is like 3 hours wait........unless they start the game and play for 30-45 mins from like 9:15 to 9:45 or so, but i dont really see the point, since they wont finish 5 innings, and i dont think they will delay the game further more and resume it like 11:15, if they do that, i dont really see the game finish before 12:30 or so........
